Matron Knows Best

Matron goes to see Headmaster Baxter with a concern. There is a personal hygiene problem at the school and she is asking his permission to perform regular inspections on the girls. He agrees. She tells him there is one particular girl she'd like to bring to his attention. Young Carter was especially unhygienic, showing up that morning with what appeared to be stains on her underwear from not using toilet paper! Headmaster agrees that Matron bring the girl in for a word. She is made to drop her underwear and bend over a chair for inspection. Matron spreads her cheeks and is disgusted by her dirty bottom. Headmaster agrees that the girl should be punished, but first Matron must take the dirty girl to clean her up. Matron roughly scrubs and occasionally spanks Carter's bottom while scolding her, then returns her to Headmaster Baxter's office for punishment.
