Justine comes home late from school and gets in trouble not only for being late but lying about why, so she is sent to her room to wait for her discipline. Mr Baxter pulls up Justine's skirt and pulls down her knickers to put her over his knee and gives her a good hand spanking on her red bare bottom. He allows her to rub the spanking sting before another hard hand thrashing while threatening the slipper next time she gets in trouble!
